We asked HBS to give us pricing on a custom design. Their pricing, responsiveness, and efforts were first rate. I read other negative reviews, but found our experience superior to most others as we review options for building our house, including some of the higher rated companies. I think the new management is turning things around and I would recommend at least checking out HBS if you are building a new home.

Holmes Building Systems stands by their products and provided 5 star customer service when we requested a repair. Mr. Jim Holmes kept in close contact throughout the repair process and provided daily updates regarding the status of the repair, via text/phone. We could not be more pleased with our first HBS home in Aberdeen, North Carolina. High quality company, yet hometown customer service! Highly recommended!
